Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the glasses in their original protective case and sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 3-5 business days.
